1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using HomeStylo.ai (the "Platform", "Service", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by Wordkraft AI LLP, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any portion of these Terms, you may not access or use our services.
These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, subscribers, enterprise clients, and any individuals or entities who interact with the Platform or our generative AI tools.
2. Description of Service
HomeStylo.ai provides an AI-powered interior and exterior architectural visualization platform. Our tools allow users to upload images, floor plans, sketches, or 3D models and apply artificial intelligence models to redesign, render, furnish, landscape, and stage physical spaces.
We continuously improve our platform and reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, tool, or render mode at our sole discretion with or without prior notice.
3. User Accounts & Security
To use certain features of HomeStylo.ai, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and passwords.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach related to your account.
- Accept full responsibility for all activities occurring under your authenticated session.
4. Subscriptions, Credits & Billing
Certain features, high-resolution rendering (UHD/4K), and commercial licenses require an active subscription plan (Starter, Pro, Business) or one-time credit packs.
Billing Cycle & Renewals: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Recurring plans renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
Credit Expiration & Allocation: Monthly plan credits refresh at the start of each billing period. One-time credit packs remain valid as stated during purchase.
Refund Policy: Due to computational GPU costs incurred instantly during AI image rendering, fees are generally non-refundable once renders have been initiated, except where required by applicable consumer law.
5. Intellectual Property & Ownership
Your Uploaded Content: You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights to any original photographs, drawings, or CAD files you upload to HomeStylo.ai.
AI Generated Outputs: Subject to your compliance with these Terms and an active paid plan (Pro/Business), you are granted full commercial rights to use, market, monetize, publish, and distribute the visual outputs generated through your account.
Platform IP: All proprietary code, algorithms, user interface elements, trademarks, logos, and platform branding are the exclusive property of Wordkraft AI LLP.
6. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Platform. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:
- Uploading illegal, offensive, defamatory, pornographic, or abusive material.
- Uploading content that infringes on third-party copyrights, trademarks, or privacy rights.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or extract our underlying AI models or API endpoints.
- Circumventing rate limits, credit meters, or authentication security systems.
- Using automated bots or scrapers without express written permission from Wordkraft AI LLP.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
HomeStylo.ai is an architectural visualization and ideation aid. AI-generated renders, dimensions, materials, and lighting simulations are conceptual estimations and should not replace certified engineering, structural calculations, or licensed architectural blueprints.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wordkraft AI LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of generated designs.
