HomeStylo.ai (operated by Wordkraft AI LLP) is designed to empower architectural visualization, interior styling, exterior remodeling, and real estate marketing. Permitted and encouraged uses include:

• Redesigning interior residential and commercial spaces from uploaded photos.
• Virtual staging of empty rooms for real estate listings and architectural portfolios.
• Exterior landscape design, façade remodeling, and roof/patio visualization.
• Transforming architectural sketches, CAD diagrams, and 2D floor plans into photorealistic renders.
• Generating promotional marketing materials for interior designers, architects, and realtors.

Users are strictly prohibited from uploading, generating, or distributing content that includes:

• Explicit & Adult Imagery: Nudity, sexually suggestive materials, pornography, or violent imagery.
• Non-Consensual Personal Imagery: Uploading private residential spaces or personal photos of individuals without explicit consent.
• Deceptive & Fraudulent Real Estate Claims: Misrepresenting rendered conceptual designs as existing physical structures to defraud buyers or renters.
• Hate Speech & Harassment: Imagery or prompts containing hate symbols, defamation, or discriminatory material.
• Malicious Payloads: Uploading corrupted files, embedded exploits, or malicious code disguised as images.

Commercial License for Subscribers: Users on paid subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Business) receive a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use generated renders for commercial purposes.

You may freely use generated renders in client presentations, architectural pitch decks, MLS real estate listings, website marketing, social media campaigns, and print brochures.

* Free tier renders may be restricted to non-commercial personal evaluation and subject to standard platform watermarking.

We respect the intellectual property rights of architects, photographers, and 3D artists. If you believe your copyrighted work has been uploaded or used without authorization, please submit a written DMCA takedown notice containing:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
2. Specific URL or location on HomeStylo.ai where the allegedly infringing asset is located.
3. Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email address).
4. A statement of good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A physical or electronic signature of the authorized copyright holder.

We employ automated safety classifiers and human review mechanisms to enforce this Content Policy. Violations may result in:

• Immediate rejection of render generation requests.
• Removal or purging of prohibited uploaded assets.
• Temporary suspension or permanent termination of platform access and account privileges without refund.
